Update 9:00 PM ET June 26, 2016

A new mission and other updates, mostly to help server performance.

1. There is a new Major Mission named Outpost. I’ll let it run for a while before I update the mission information post. It is a difficult mission. Bring friends.
2. I removed the 2 Prisons, Zlatý Reka, Otmel, Otmel Village and the Aircraft Carrier in Cherno.
3. I added a lobby camping timer of 10 minutes.
